ASSISTANT QUALITY CONTROL ENGINEER - MEDAN

Job Descriptions:

• Responsible create and confirm project quality standard.
• Responsible to establish on class and onsite training for subcontractors team leader to quality standard.
• Responsible to build project model site based on project type.
• Make on-site quality support according to project related to quality issue.
• Responsible to do Quality Inspection onsite and remotely.
• Responsible for site defect tracking and closing.
• Responsible for monitoring and checking subcontractors self inspection.
• Managing subcontractors punishment and reward control.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Telecommunication, Electrical or IT Engineering with minimum GPA 3.00.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Experience to BTS, MW, BSC Hardware Installation and commissioning.
• Have Quality basic experience and background more advantage
• Knowledge Power system more advantage.
• Ability to work with customers, internal business unit organizations and third party subcontractor or supplier.
• Fluent in English is a must, and fluent in Mandarin will be a highly added advantage.
• Able to work in multicultural and fast changing environment.
• Positive attitude, independent, self driven, self motivated and good coordination with others.
• Willing to work and travel to all Indonesia regions
