Urgently Need

Device Secretary

Requirements :

• Graduate from Bachelor Degree in any engineering, marketing or business management field
• At least 2 years experience in a Sales and Marketing capacity, of which 1 years must be at a Modern Channel Sales or Marketing management capacity with a large/reputable organization
• Experience with Smarthphone/Electronic, or Consumer or Industrial Durables modern channels preferred
• Demonstrates marketing skills and product knowlegde of assigned product areas
• Advanced MS Office Skills to independently manage information and develop presentations
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills, with good experience in managing both direct and matrix teams
• Good command in English, proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage.

Jobdescriptions :

• Provide efficient support in all administrative, clerical works & secretarial functions for the Department while maintaining the strictest confidentiality at all times
• Responsible for travel arrangement, visa application and meeting coordination
• Maintain a systematic filling system in accordance with Company policy for smooth and quicker data retrieving work closely with all departments to achieve greater operational efficiency and to facilitate effective communication to and from the assigned departments
• To undertake other special assignment, ad-hoc functions and related duties specified by the management.
