SENIOR PS CORE ENGINEER

Responsibilities :

• Accountable GSM/UMTS PS Core (SGSN/GGSN/IP/Routers) network planning, topology, and design capacity monitoring and analysis activities
• Manage the PS Core Network Capacity & Utilization and able to come up with expansion plans
• Propose design & topology improvements for short term  and long term strategy to optimize the network
• Service & capacity demand forecasting for future needs
• Provide report for monitoring on capacity utilization and design proposal
• Proactive maintenance (trend analysis), and database handling
• Planning the roaming partners configuration in PS core network in accordance with international roaming GPRS agreement
• Support the evolution/dimensioning of future capacity needs, configuration management, and optimization in Core Network

 Requirements : 

• Bachelor degree in Telecommunication/Electrical Engineering with GPA 3,00
• Have 7 years and more in cellular network environment
• Have good knowledge in planning concept and topology
• Familiar with GSM system, core network technology, IP and Data Traffic
• Fluent in English is a must, fluent in Mandarin will be an added advantage
• Excellent Logical Troubleshooting & Excellent Logical Method
• Have positive, active, creative ,communicative and fast response
• Able to work in multicultural and fast changing environment
• Good coordination and socialization skill
• Proactive, Responsible, able to work under pressure, able to work overnight and able work under target
• Willing to travel around Indonesia
