We are regional provider of mobile network engineering services.

We need high qualified professional to join our team as:

Project Manager for Telecom Implementation (TI)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Prepare a realistic project plan, cost estimation and Ensure that project wills on-time, on-budget.
Define project organization structures, staff levels/skills/qualifications to meet forecasted project requirements and assist with recruitment of staff based.
Report project status to customer & management on a regular basis.
Problem solving for Technical & project issue.


GENERAL REQUIREMENT
Qualification

Has technical background on RBS of Nokia, Huawei, Ericsson.
Has management skill and sales support capability.
Have good contact / network among the TI or BTS engineers locally and in the region.
Experience : Minimum 5 years experience in technical and 3 years experience in project management
S1 degree from Electrical Engineer / Telecommunication Engineer / Computer Engineer
Fluency in English
Deep experiences and understanding for Testing & Commissioning microwave/BTS.
Utilizing Site Master, SDH analyzer, Power Meter, Ber Tester, etc.
Able to work under pressure and always maintain the integrity

Bachelor Degree Graduated w/ subject Telecommunication or IT
Able to provide Project Scheduling, Reporting & set-up customer meeting
Good personality, easy going, can build good communication w/ internal & external on daily basis
Willing to work hard & complete the job on-time
Ready to handle multiple projects
Willing to work on project outside Jakarta
Experience in Project Management area (Managing the Project from awarded until finish) for minimum 5 years
Has passed standard PM Training
