Responsibilities:
Drive test and CW test, RF survey/Site Survey / LOS Survey;
Collect data and output report
Radio Network Planning /Radio Network Optimization / Transmission Network Planning;
Antenna downtilt/Uptilt, azimuth tuning for wireless network
Monitoring OMC KPI / KPI Analysis Report

Requirements :
At least 2 years of RF working experience;
At least 1 successful project experience
bachelor's degree in telecommunication or related field of study;
Good communication in English;
Be familiar with tools such as GPS, compass, gradienter and so on;
Having experience in RNP or RNO or TNP is preferred ;
Having basic knowledge of CDMA/GSM/WCDMA/Microwave is preferred.
Fresh graduate also can be considered;
Willing to travel frequently
