GCI Indonesia, is a branch company of CHINA GCI in Indonesia (founded at Jan.2006) in order to provide localized mobile network engineering services to Indonesian telecom equipment vendors and operators. The services include the network management service, RF optimization services of GSM/WCDMA/CDMA/EVDO network, RF engineering implementation services of IBC system& Macro-cellular system. PT GCI Indonesia is fast growing telecommunication subcontractor in the past 6 years in Indonesia and is dedicated to be a leading provider of telecommunication services.

We need high qualified professional to join our team as:

Training Centre

Responsibilities:
- Train, support, guide project team and subcon on quality and safety;
- Routinely held training with subcon, staffs, teams in office or in field/site;
- Create and develop up to date training powerpoint and materials/tools to meet the needs of projects;
- Ensure the processes and work flows are implemented;
- Ensure good communication between teams, staffs, and Manager;
- Facilitate the training programs and ensure standards are followed;
- Responsible for Health and Safety Environment during training;
- Follow all safety policies;
- Ensure all team member training, documentation and testing is completed in the required time;

Requirements:

-   Minimum Diploma 3 Degree;

-  Have Huawei, NSN, ZTE, NEC, Ericsson, etc experience;

-  Proficient in English and Microsoft Office software, can speak Mandarin is an added advantage;

-  Ability to work under pressure and flexibility of work hour;

-  Be familiar with tools such as Sitemaster, Powermeter, Ethernet analyzer, compass, gradient, etc;

-  At least 3 years experience in Installation, commissioning, CME, Delivery, RNP, RNO;

-  Extensive experiences 3 years in Telecom industry, with training management experience would be desirable;

-  Previous leadership experience in a related field required;

-  Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills;

-  Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities;

-  Highly responsible, reliable, positive attitude, independent, self driven, and self motivated;

-  Ability to work cohesively as part of a team;

-  Able to work in multicultural and fast changing environment;

-  Willing to work and travel to all regions of Indonesia.;
