JOB DESCRIPTION Work independently analyzing the network quality, evolution, industrial trends and government control policies in order to design network solutions. Participate in the network analysis and requirement gathering Communicate with customers' key project stakeholders to identify potential network issues/bottleneck during the delivery phase; Perform data crunching and output for easier understanding; Provide network evolution and network expansion recommendation Mobile Broadband GSM/UMTS/LTE technical solution consulting (design, plan and implementations); Good understanding on the mobile network architecture and resources utilization factors Understand customer network issues and key challenges, provide recommendation Customer Experiences Management consulting and improving Qos/QoE for telecom operators; Network Optimization or Network Planning experienced will have added advantage; Knowledge in new developing and consulting in solutions of M2M, Cloud, etc Good understanding on NPV/ROI/TCO/TVO Fixed Broadband Good understanding on the Fixed network architecture, operational procedures experienced and knowledge in FBB solutions Understand customer network issues and key challenges, provide recommendation Customer Experiences Management consulting and improving Qos/QoE for telecom operators; Network Optimization or Network Planning experienced will have added advantage; FBB New service plan & Go-To-Market strategy FTTx Business Case understanding and provide recommendation Experienced in Fixed Network Operator will have added advantage Good understanding on NPV/ROI/TCO/TVO Preferred Qualifications At least 5 years’ Experience in areas of network planning or network optimization Operator, vendor or telecommunications experienced is essential Quick learner Basic Qualifications for all: Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering or Business is required; MBA is highly desirable Good knowledge and experience in telecommunications industry is required Good analytical skill Experienced in network planning or optimization methodology and tools will have added advantage Good communication and High level presentation skill with operators Able to work in a fast-paced working environment Easygoing with an open mind and willingness to learn new things quickly Willingness to travel regionally.
