Jobdesk:
- Assist Quality Manager to plan, build and maintain country management system for quality, customer satisfaction, EHS and internal control.
- Be quality assistant for project leader and drive process development.
- Manage problems/risks, make continuous improvement, and communicate with customers to ensure process compliance and fulfillment.
- Provide the methodology, tools and training on quality management and promote the culture of quality management.
Requirement:
- Bachelors Degree in Business Management and related discipline.
- Experienced in audit, coaching, quality measurement, customer satisfaction management and continuous improvement.
- Have a solid ISO 9000/TL 9000, or ISO 14000/OHSAS 18000 related knowledge.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in quality management work in relation to contract quality and engineering project quality. Experience in multinational telecommunication or IT industry is preferred.
- Strong practical knowledge in business process such as Sales, Service, Supply Chain and Finance.
- Understand quality management methods. Be skillful at using improvement tools and methods. Have strong capability of problem solving, experience summarization, and business driving.
- Be proactive, positive, dedicated, cooperative, and sincere. Have good interpersonal communication skills and influence.
- Good command of English verbal and writing skills. Proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage.
