Responsibilities
  • B2B sales only and target customer focus on Telecommunication Operator  like (Telkomsel, Telkom, Indosat, XL, H3I, Smartfren,  Firstmedia etc),
  • Selling Service solution including : SACME, OSP, Equipment Installation , RNPO, Managed Services , Maintenance, data center facilities solution design  etc.
  • Know how to deal with customer Procurement , Planning , Engineering ,Operation  department target person
  • Know how to tracking tender, find sales opportunity , make the contract and Purchase Order happened .
  • Good cooperation with teams and care about long term relationship with customer .
  • Make business development & sales strategy, responsible for account business growth and market structure
  • Through deeply corporation with operator  identify customer pain points and requirements, find out specific service sales lead or opportunity
  • Drive realization of integrated customized service solution, be responsible for the quality, competitiveness, deliverability, and profitability of the solution
  • Organize & join project operation, discover risk and issues, put forward the project progress, comply with sales process and ensure the success impact
Requirements
  • Bachelor Degree or above from Engineering.
  • Have over 5 years working experience in Telco Industry,
  • MUST know Planning , Engineering ,Operation of GSM,UMTS, Transmission ,Core Network, or SACME and OSP.
  • B2B Sales experience at Telecommunication or IT industry will be an added advantage  .
  • Fluent in English is a must, fluent in Mandarin will be an added advantage
  • In-depth knowledge of the facility systems involved in data center operations including system such as power supply system, HVAC system, Low Voltage system,decoration system, fire suppression & detection system, etc.
  • Possess a strong awareness of current and emerging industry standards including TIA/EIA, BICSI, IEEE and NFPA as well as vendors and technologies as they relate to the data center facilities.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and having ability of using Sketchup or 3DMAX is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and writing skills and must have strong English and presentation skills.
  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience in data center design fields or project management, and undertake large-scale data center design or project management preferred.
  • With Accredited Tier Specialist preferred, PMP preferred.
  • Willing to work under pressure and in fast changing environment
