SENIOR RNP ENGINEER

Responsibilities :

• In charge of 1 city/province planning requirement fulfillment, action plan and execution.
• In charge of certain city/province planning proposal submission and approval such as nominal planning, capacity planning, site detail design (DRM), cell detail design (basic parameter, frequency plan & neighbor).
• Issue/problem escalation to planning expert /HQ follow up proposal approved.
• In charge to support RF tuning proposal if any.

Candidate Requirement

Applicants must meet the following minimum requirement in terms of working experience, qualification background technical and language skills.

• More than 4 years experience RF Planning & Optimization Experiences; more than 1 year working experience with Huawei;
• RF working experience for big scale network (>2000 sites) or capital city network
• Understand well about RF planning & optimization process
• Strong communication skills in English
