Sales & Account Manager - DKI Jakarta
(A) JOB PURPOSE
Qualification
- Sales of telecommunication products and services i.e. transmission, FO, Wifi and networking to telco and non telco market such as financial, oil & gas, enterprise, etc.
- Business development, lead generation, sales closing and account management
- Attend to sales enquiries/ quotations and responding to RFQs / RFPs
- Understand and formulate optimal solution in meeting client requirements
- Perform cost and margin analysis on sales opportunities
- Lead and manage contract negotiations
- Build and develop close working relationships with customers and suppliers
- To proactively look for opportunities in order to develop new key accounts to ensure that the assigned sales target are met or even exceeding.
- To assist President Director to achieve overall companies sales target by at least achieving the assigned sales target.
- To implement and comply with the set sales strategy, policies and procedures/processes in order to effectively and efficiently meeting tender criteria and timely submission.
- To establish and maintain strong relationship with the assigned accounts in order to ensure high level of customer satisfaction and trust for continuation of existing customers.
- To monitor sales performance and provide regular valuable reports to Management Team.
- To monitor competitor activities and provide feedback to Management Team.
- To liaise with BD Director, Project Managers and other key personnel in the project team as well as the Admin Executive in order to maintain an updated project related information and corporate related matters, especially when preparing tender documents.
Qualification
- Master or Bachelor in Business, Marketing, Telecommunication, IT or Engineering
- Familiar and experience in of transmission, FO, Wifi and networking equipment
- Strong networking and working relationship with both vendors and users of transmission, FO, Wifi and networking equipment
- Resourceful with good interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to interact and network with senior management of target customers
- Enthusiastic, hands-on self starter with effective planning, coordination and project management skills
- Ability to perform basic cost and margin analysis using MS Excel
- Good English proficiency
- Good Presentation skill
- Minimum of 5 years experience as Sales & Account of transmission, FO, Wifi and networking products and services.
