PERFORMANCE MANAGER

Responsibilities:

• Overall network performance management:
  • RF performance improvement
  • Performance evaluation and insurance for network changes (new elements entry, software upgrade, events, etc)
  • VIP complaint optimization and provide solution
• RF design and optimization for new site :
  • Nominal planning
  • Site survey & design review meeting
  • RNP report + cell level parameter design
  • Single level site & cluster level KPI acceptance
• RF design and optimization for network swap :
  • Existing network evaluation
  • Swap network planning and design with traffic prediction
  • Parameter design and mapping, KPI formula maping
  • Ensure performance during swapand achieve network KPI acceptance after swap
• Customer connection :
  • Regularly communication with GM and VP level customers

 Requirements : 

• Bachelor Degree in Telecommunication Engineer or above.
• Have more than 5 years working experience in RF Planning & Optimization.
• Have 2 years experience as RF team leader with middle scale network (>1000 sites)
• Understand well about RF Planning & Optimization process
• Fluent in English is a must.
• Able to work in multicultural and fast changing environment.
• Have positive attitude, independent, self driven, self motivated and good coordination skill.
