NETWORK OPTIMIZATION ANALYST

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Optimize and monitoring the performance, capacity and quality of the Radio Network Access.
• Give deep analysis and provide recommendation to other departments to support troubleshooting and implementation activities such as capacity and quality.
• Deliver good achievement in KPI target & SLA to support company business.
• Identification of possible network problems by proactively monitoring the performance result.
• Customer troubleshoot complaint handling that related to 2G and 3G network.
• Support company strategy to increase revenue, customer satisfaction and reduce number of complaints.
• Support clients marketing event from the network point of view.

Requirements:

• S1/D3 majoring Telecommunication Engineering and IT.
• 5 years experience in the same responsibilities.
• Advance knowledge in GSM and 3G Network, especially in Huawei Equipment & tools.
• Have strong analysis related optimization part in 2G and 3G network.
• Good language skill : English, Bahasa Indonesia.
• Customer focus and result oriented.
• Discipline, innovative and strong analytical skill.
• Good communication skill, team player.
• Willing to work under pressure.
