JOB DESCRIPTION
- Optimize and monitoring the performance, capacity and qualtiy of the Radio Network Access
- Prvovide recommendation to other departments to support troubleshooting and implementation activitities, such as capacity and quality
- Identification of possible network problems by proactively monitoring the performance results
- Supports company strategy to increase revenue to 2G/3G Network, to make a better customer experience
- Supports company strategy to increase revenue and customer satisfaction and reduce number of customer complaints
- Support client's marketing event from the network point of view
Requirements ;
- D3/ S1 majoring Telecommunication engineering or IT (Information Tecnhnology)
- Good communication skills, team player, basic mobile communication knoeledge, language skills (English)
- Diciplines, innovative, willing to work underpressure and target, strong analytical skills
- Have strong competency in customer focus, result oriented, technical expertise, solution oriented, good communication skill
- Basic mobile communication or Information Technology knowledge
- Language skill : English (active)
- Discpline, innovative, willing to work underpressure and target, strong analytical skills
