SENIOR POLICY CONTROL & CHANGING FUNCTION (PCRF) ENGINEER

JOB DESCRIPTION

Handle core network product node technical service
Handle PCRF project implementation, engineering design, equipment commissioning, debugging, troubleshooting, and maintenance

Requirements :

Bachelor degree or above in Telecommunication, Computer, Electrical Engineering with minimum GPA 3,00
Understand about GSM/WCDMA technology and protocol, TCP/IP, layer 2/3 switch, SS7, Unix, SIP, Sigtran, H.248, SCCP MSS Pool, core network KPI optimization
Have more than 3 years working experience in related area
Have practical or theoretical qualifications in Core Network
Have experience in project engineering & maintenance for core network project
Fluent in English is a must.
Have experience in PCRF product will be an advantage
Have CCNA/CCNP, Oracle, Microsoft certificate
Hard worker, innovative, able to work in fast paced & dynamic environment
Willing to work in multicultural company and travel around indonesia
