JOB DESCRIPTION Manage Subcontractor to chase good achievement Prepare and keep updated the implementation program for all implementation projects in cooperation with the project management Arrange Site Survey with Planning team ,Cooperate with other team to acquire the site Discuss and Report the implementation process and risk to RPM Interview Land owner/Building Management to negotiate and determine price, duration of lease and conditions for lease land renewal. Prepare documents such as notification letter for lease land renewal, negotiation form, authorization form, justification form, and other technical data/market condition required to support continue of the acquisition. Arrange & attend the meetings between Land owner/Building Management & customer when details of transactions need to be negotiated. Answer Land owner/Building Management questions regarding renewal scheme, financing, maintenance or repairing activities in customer property. Familiar with negotiation & giving resolution if any issue related with community case. Requirements: Bachelor degree from Engineering. Have 3 years experience as related position in telecommunication project Familiar with SITAC, CME ,PLN Procure Flow Familiar with SITAC Lease document and Legal package document Fluent in English is a must, fluent in mandarin will be advantage Willing to be travel and placed around of Indonesia region Candidate experience in banking telesales/call center can consider to apply To apply this job, please submit your complete resume and recent photograph by using "APPLY NOW"
