SMARTCARE PROJECT MANAGER

JOB DESCRIPTION

Project Manager is responsible for managing smartcare projects in telecommunication field The area covered deploy connection between wireless  and core / access network

• Responsible for all project activities during the project establishment, execution and conclusion phases, including but not limited to planning, setting up, and executing the project activities
• Ensure the project goals are met and the customers business requirements are fulfilled
• Control time and budget as well as monitor the progress of the project
• Handle risk and resource issues and reports to the project sponsor
• Manage customer relation and expectations, thus handle changes in an appropriate way in conjunction with the requirements for the projects as
• described in the project specification

Requirements:

• Degree or above in core network experience (MSC MGW GGSN SGSN EPC MME )
• Around 3 years experience in Telecom / IT industry, with core network technical background and preferably in the role of Customer Project Manager of a vendor.
• With proven track record of delivering Solutions
• Hands on experience in the management of 3rd party providers to include sourcing, contract management, management of 3PP KPI and management of Service Delivery KPI
• Possess recognized Project Management qualification (PMI, IPMA, Prince2) is an advantage
• Customer- and goal-oriented mindset
• Strong commercial and financial awareness
• Able to communicate with stakeholders at all technical / business levels
• Strong commitment and able to work under pressure
• Fluent in spoken & written English and Cantonese, Mandarin speaking is a plus
