Job Description :
Good
understanding of Project Management fundamentals, Ability to plan,
implement, control and monitor, and closeout, Familiar with Risk and
Issues Management methodologies, Posses good oral and written
communications skills to function in front of the customer. Previous
Deployment/roll-out Experience is MUST in mobile networks. Familiar with
Process creation and implementation of Networks Deployment Process
Understanding of complete Project Life Cycle.
Job Responsibilities: - Identify project goals and objectives, Develop project plans and schedules • Identify all resources required for the rollout
- Good Fiber Knowledge and ideally who can take care RFQ scope review, resourcing and costing of the scope and probably project start up management. (OSP, FTTH, FTT-X) will be viewed as additional advantage.
- Prepare and communicate project updates including project status reports
- Create and maintain project budgets - Meet or exceed project margin expectations
- Track and Present project status report on I&C & integration at regular intervals and during quarterly operations reviews or as required
- Interact periodically with customers to present project updates and/or resolve issues
- Prepare and optimize all internal and external processes related to the projects.
- Coordination with the Vendors The individual is expected to judge the impact in the areas such as: scheduling of Customer’s deployments, determining costs related to deployment projects, managing projects within cost expectations, resolving critical issues, escalating unresolved critical issues to Upper Management, and implementing enhancements to the deployment process. When deliverables from 3rd party vendors are required, the PM manages the relationship with the 3rd party vendor to make sure the deliverables are met. The ability to demonstrate leadership and assertiveness in group settings is essential to this position, as is the ability to troubleshoot a problem by asking the pertinent cause and effect questions applicable to the issue at hand.
Skills :
- Minimum 5 years telecom experience
- Good customer handling skills and consulting skills.
- Candidates should be able to deal with multiple customers, build up good relations, manage the rollout, develop the business, control the budget, be target oriented with a good commercial awareness to monitor the P&L.
