WIRELESS SOLUTION ENGINEER_ (01MRC)

JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsible for wireless solution (GSM, UMTS) technical output, clarification with customer, develop competitive radio access network (RAN) solution for contract winning.
Do BOQ (with customer quotation version and internal quotation version) and related contract amendment.
Basic ability to guide customer RFI, RFP, and bidding. Participate in tendering process for radio access network projects ; will involve in radio network designing, equipment dimensioning, quotation preparing, technical proposal write up, SOC, contract negotiation and documentation etc.
Perform market and competitor analysis, and identify market opportunity. Deliver product and technical presentations on Huawei RAN products.
Participate in telecom exhibitions, workshops and product demonstrations etc

Requirements :

Bachelor Degree or above, majoring in telecommunication, electrical engineering or related field.
Have more than 2-3 years experience in telecom industry, understand basic wireless telecommunication theory and related ecosystem development, family with GU device such as BTS, NodeB, BSC, GGSN as network equipment and network architecture system.
Proficient in English both oral and written is a must.
Can work under pressure and able to work at overtime, can stanby on call 24 hour*7 days one week.
Team player and also can work individual under less supervise
Good communication and interpersonal skills
